Epson XP-860 Driver For Windows 64-Bit
Epson XP-860 Driver For Windows 64-BitEpson XP-860 Driver For Windows 64-Bit. Epson Expression Photo XP-860 is an all-singing all-in-one crammed with features, including duplex facilities and wireless versatility. There are a couple of shortcomings, such as the size of the main paper tray and the duplex speed, but overall this is a well appointed printer at a very reasonable price.
The Epson XP-860 Driver text quality is below par for an inkjet. Still, it should be fine for most home or home-office uses, though I wouldn’t use it for documents, such as a resume, with which you need to make a good visual impression.
Graphics quality is standard for an inkjet. It’s good enough for most any home, school, or internal business use, as well as PowerPoint handouts. By and large, colors are well saturated, though some backgrounds look slightly faded. Thin lines on dark backgrounds are largely filled in. Several illustrations I printed out showed traces of banding (a regular pattern of faint striations). Some images displayed dithering, in the variety of dot patterns.
The XP-860 showed a smidge less tinting in our black-and-white test photo, while a couple of the XP-820’s prints had ever so slightly better contrast. If you print a lot of black-and-white photos, you might get slightly truer blacks from the XP-860, but the difference is subtle enough that only the most discerning eyes are likely to appreciate it.
